New - Polycast® Feeders - Made from a special blend of polymers, these patented Polycast® bowls are designed to perform the same rigorous tasks as conventional vibratory feeders but last longer than stainless steel while costing a fraction of custom-crafted bowls. Each Polycast® feeder is designed for your flexible needs. A five minute adjustment will allow you to change the type of fastner being fed. Another advantage of Polycast® is turnaround time. Polycast® systems can be shipped within days, not weeks, of any order.
Vibratory Feeders—Vibratory feeders are the most versatiletype of parts feeder; able to handle parts with the size ranges fromapproximately sixty cubic inches to those, which are very small.Vibratory feeders occupy a minimal amount of space and orient, selectand sort parts in the most cost-effective manner possible. Straight wall designs with outside construction are custom made for thepart. The cascade stainless steel or Polycast® polyurethaneconstruction for noise reduction advantages.

Linear Floor Feeders—Linear floor feeders are designed to handle extra large parts and obtain high feed rates. Either belt, belt/vibratory or complete vibratory linear systems can be used depending on the delicacy of the part and recirculation/noise reduction requirements.

Gravity/Storage Feeders—Gravity/storage feeders provide convenient loading accessibility for elevated tooling entry heights. Applications with large, cylindrical and disc-shaped parts are well suited for gravity/storage feeders.

Orbital Mechanical System—Orbital, or centrifugal, feeders are ideal for thick parts that do not tangle feeding at high speeds. Due to their mechanical design, orbital feeders are also used for applications requiring sound reduction or for oil-covered parts.

Part Qualifier/Presorter— Prior to being fed through the parts handling system, parts are often qualified off-line by a vibratory bowl sorter to check for tracking capability at predetermined dimensions.

Feeder Bowls— The vibratory feeder bowl is the basic bowl complete with internal or external tooling, custom-designed to meet feed rate, part orientation and other specifications, as required.
